Buyer Paperwork
As I was updating my 2023 Buyer’s Packet, I realized it’s also time to update the paperwork links in my packet!
To further encourage transparency and client education, I thought I’d put these all here on my website, too. Often buyers feel they don’t need to talk to an agent until they’re ready to write an offer. While it is possible to do it all in one day, it’s much less stressful to review buyer documents before you’re writing the offer.
Documents all buyers in Texas are either required to review and sign, or extremely helpful to keep handy during the home buying process:

Again, these are just a handful of the buyer documents to get the process started! The offer contract is the most important document and it’s valuable to go over this with your agent whether you’re a buyer or a seller.
